Return & Refund Policy

At Éloge Studios, we want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns under inspection in front of the deliveryman, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Items must not have any signs of makeup, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration.

We do NOT take returns after the delivery has been made and inspected. 

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or eligible item, subject to availability.

If your preferred size or item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves Éloge Studios. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the item and the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Important Note

Éloge Studios reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
